Landex Resources LLC (Landex) started as an independent service company engaged in providing Intellectual Property to the upstream energy industry. Landex also operates our own projects under Land Rock Operating, LLC. Areas of primary focus include South Texas and the Permian Basin where Landex consulted on project data such as seismic surveys, subsurface well-control input, and resolving best practice field developments. Controls such as analog well-tests are studied, defining the ancient depositional environments, and genesis of the reservoir as a path to investment strategy. Our endeavors often revolve around maximizing the potential of productive field areas by leveraging proven technological advancements, thereby extending the efficacy of traditional development approaches. Landex is currently developing 7 prospects within an expansive portfolio  covering Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
